Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations under the Store Manager. You will train associates, manage checkout, merchandising, and cash handling while ensuring exceptional customer service.

In this role you will help drive store KPIs, promote memberships, handle opening/closing tasks, and maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that aligns with MINISO USA’s brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations, replenishment, and front-of-store duties.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Promote the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.
