Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
