Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help drive KPIs, maintain store standards, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
