The ideal candidate will be 18+, flexible with hours, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible hours including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Path and monitor restaurant operations to prevent issues and take corrective action.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs; optimize scheduling.
• Train and supervise Team Members to meet responsibilities.
• Plan, organize and execute shift routines to support the business plan.
• Maintain teamwork and professional relations across the team.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures.
