Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader in Charleston, WV to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily operations, ensuring all team members perform their duties and uphold company standards.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, and a commitment to exceptional guest hospitality and safe, cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and a means to contact the restaurant (phone or email).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Monitor restaurant operations and correct issues proactively.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Train and supervise team members effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
• Enforce sanitation, safety and security policies.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Comply with HR policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
