Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor restaurant operations to anticipate problems and correct them promptly.
• Enforce and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Train and supervise Team Members and maintain a cooperative work environment.
