Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with duties to support the restaurant’s business plan.
• Ensure team members perform responsibilities and meet expectations.
• Maintain hospitality standards, guest satisfaction and seating flow.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and adjust as needed.
• Train and supervise team members to provide direction and coverage.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
