Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties, uphold standards, and deliver exceptional hospitality during each guest visit.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and decision-making under pressure, with the ability to manage staffing, training, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Monitor operations and address problems proactively.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Assist in maximizing sales and controlling costs.
• Oversee shift operations and maintain professional environment.
