You will supervise Team Members, monitor operations, train staff, and help control labor costs while maintaining sanitation and safety policies. The role emphasizes guest-focused service and proactive problem solving to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take necessary action to ensure all hospitality service is outstanding; anticipates and exceeds guest needs; handles situation and requests immediately in a positive manner.
• Paths the restaurant to monitor all aspects of the operation; takes initiative to correct problem areas immediately.
• Enforces and maintains quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitors staffing levels and labor costs.
• Creates a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement all operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team members.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies for a safe environment.
