Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and handled promptly.
• Monitor operations and staffing to maintain smooth service and cost control.
• Train and supervise team members to meet performance standards.
• Support efforts to maximize sales, while minimizing controllable costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and security policies and professional appearance.
