Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staff performance during the shift.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members; provide direction.
• Assist in maximizing sales and controlling costs; support management.
