Capstone Restaurant Group in Lewisburg, WV is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, ensuring all duties align with the restaurant's business plan and standards. You will supervise Team Members, uphold hospitality, and drive service excellence.

This role requires leadership, clear communication, reliability, and the ability to handle fast-paced conditions while managing staffing, training, and daily operations to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and method of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities
