Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop associates, ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service across shifts. You will lead teams, manage tasks, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting, 18+ years old, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification; Illinois applicants must pass within 30 days.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash; prepare and serve high quality foods.
