Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Food safety certification required; pass state-specific standards.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and solve problems as they arise.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; knife skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and handle cash with accuracy.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, etc.).
• Maintain health and safety standards and restock as needed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
