Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team, ensuring top product quality and customer service while managing costs per shift. You’ll develop associates, maintain safety standards, and support sales growth in a lively restaurant setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to stand long hours, and Food Safety certification. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash following proper procedures.
• Prepare finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock food line and supervise cleanliness across the dining area.
