Potbelly Sandwich Shop is hiring a Shift Leader for multiple shifts (First/Second/Third) at our Conroe, TX location. Earn between $14.75 and $15.25 per hour plus digital tips, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on team leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring product quality and safety, managing cash and inventory, and developing associates while delivering great guest experiences. Must meet food-safety requirements and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Must pass and maintain Food Safety Certification as per state requirements.
• Strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle problems calmly.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently while giving feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and manage daily cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.).
• Maintain health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety.
• Restock food lines, chips, and coolers.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; manage trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash transactions.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
