Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a Shift Leader to manage and develop associates, ensuring quality product and customer service while controlling costs across shifts. The role supports a fast-paced, friendly environment and involves leadership duties across First, Second, and Third shifts.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred; must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain certification. Must be 18+ years old and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently and safely.
• Manage customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
