Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Dallas is hiring a Shift Leader for part-time work. You will lead a team on shifts, ensure product quality and customer service while managing costs and scheduling. Requires min. 1 year of supervisory food-service experience and a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification within your state.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance drawers.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.).
• Restock food line, chips and cooler; maintain cleanliness in all areas.
