Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Manager in Maryland to lead daily operations and supervise crew members during assigned shifts. You will ensure quality, service, and adherence to company procedures while coordinating with management on staffing and training.

This role demands strong leadership, reliable communication, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced setting. The position requires 18+ years old, dependable transportation, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator.
• Must be 18 years of age and have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members and coordinate breaks.
• Contact Manager or Assistant Manager to secure replacements as needed.
• Monitor product quality and adherence to procedures; correct as needed.
• Monitor customer service and relations; address questions and complaints.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and routine maintenance are performed.
• Manage store funds during shift; operate safe and shift drawers.
• Run register reports and related functions following Cash Procedures.
• Receive, check in, and supervise storage of food items and supplies.
• Assist in monthly physical inventory; train new employees if directed.
• Evaluate Crew Members' performance when directed; comply with policies.
• Perform duties safely and per Auntie Anne's guidelines; take on other duties as directed.
