Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and staff performance. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan and support crew and team leaders in meeting expectations.

Responsibilities include leading shift activities, delivering quality food and service, and applying company policies while driving sales and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities and leadership potential.
• Investigative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a phone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management duties.
• Lead shift activities and support restaurant business plan execution.
• Ensure crew and team leaders perform duties per job descriptions.
• Provide quality product and customer service to deliver satisfaction.
• Monitor operations and participate in meetings, trainings, and calls.
