Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in executing the restaurant's business plan. You will guide the Management Team to ensure crew leaders perform to standard and deliver quality customer service while driving sales and controlling costs.

The role emphasizes strong planning, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on communication, training participation, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or equivalent responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills are essential.
• Strong team-building and leadership abilities are required.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills are needed for issue resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems and ensure accuracy.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and proof of insurance; open to meet restaurant needs.
• Must be reachable via phone or other reliable contact methods to support operations.

Responsibilities
