Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader who assists the General Manager in restaurant operations and ensures crew and team leaders perform their duties in line with the business plan. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to deliver quality service while supporting sales and cost controls.

Responsibilities include staff development, policy adherence, effective communication, training participation, and handling special projects as required to respond to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team building and leadership abilities.
