Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in coordinating restaurant operations and leading the management team. You will ensure Crew Members and Team Leaders perform their duties and align with the restaurant’s business plan while driving excellent customer service and profitability.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience or equivalent education, a high school diploma or GED, strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, and dependable

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant; open door policy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; identify and implement process improvements.
