Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leader with restaurant management, ensuring alignment with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to drive quality service, sales growth, cost control, and compliance with company policies while modeling values and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant and be accessible to meet needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results.
