Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty with restaurant management and to support the management team in aligning with the business plan. You will help ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties and meet expectations across their job descriptions.

The role emphasizes customer service, training, scheduling, and adherence to policies, while guiding cost control and process improvements.

Qualifications

Approximately 2–3 years of experience and/or education showing knowledge of restaurant management.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Team building skills.
Investigative and problem solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Telephone or reliable communication method; open door policy.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Supports GM or person in charge on duty with management activities.
Monitors Crew Persons and Team Leaders to ensure duties are performed.
Provides quality product and customer service to achieve satisfaction.
Helps maximize sales and profits while controlling costs by leading shift activities.
Complies with company policies and procedures.
Attends trainings, meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
Performs other duties or projects as business requires.
