Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations and guiding Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet performance expectations.

You will support the management team by leading shift activities, ensuring quality product and customer service, maintaining compliance with company policies, and helping to maximize sales while controlling costs. Strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong communication and team-building abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality product and customer service experience delivering total satisfaction.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs by leading shift activities.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures regarding business and personnel practices.
• Model and encourage Company shared values.
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication with internal and external contacts.
• Attend trainings to stay current on industry trends and participate in meetings.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing conditions.
