Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on‑duty leader with management duties and to ensure the restaurant’s business plan is executed. You will oversee Crew Persons and Team Leaders to ensure they meet job expectations and performance standards.

The role emphasizes quality service, cost control, training, and leadership within a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on teamwork and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (or equivalent)
• HS diploma or GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong team-building abilities
• Investigative and problem solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Must have a phone or reliable communication method and be accessible to meet restaurant needs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements
