Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and oversee daily restaurant operations. You will help the management team ensure all crew meet performance expectations, deliver quality service, and execute the business plan on shift.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, optimizing workflow, and upholding company policies while fostering a positive work environment and strong customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two to three years of experience/education demonstrating commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Must have a phone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant; open-door policy.
