Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leadership in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations.

The role focuses on delivering quality service, leading shift activities, and supporting revenue and cost controls while upholding company policies and values.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience/education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Clear communication with internal and external contacts.
• Willingness to attend training and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities
