Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and exceptional service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a Sub Above standard.
• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste minimization.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
