Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and coach team members toward delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example, ensure food quality and safety, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and outstanding customer service.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure each order meets Jersey Mike's standards.
• Prepare fresh subs and monitor food quality and safety.
• Coach and motivate crew members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized food-safe environment; manage shift execution.
• Support inventory processes and minimize food waste; assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with daily operations and collaborate with management to drive performance.
