Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience ensuring a "Sub Above" experience.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members on each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
