Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure Sub Above standards.
• Prepare subs to Jersey Mike's specifications and uphold food safety.
• Coach and motivate crew; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant and monitor quality and standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening/closing duties and inventory.
