Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and exceptional service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach and motivate crew members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment; monitor standards.
• Support opening/closing tasks and inventory management.
