Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts with positive leadership and strong customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and a memorable Jersey Mike's “Sub Above” standard.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food is made to Jersey Mike's specifications.
• Coach and support Crew Members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and reducing food waste.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
