The role emphasizes coaching crew, onboarding new hires, and maintaining a clean, food-safe dining area while supporting daily operations with the management team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or readiness for leadership role.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts with positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure Sub Above standards.
• Prepare fresh subs and maintain Jersey Mike's quality.
• Coach and onboard new team members; support training.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe environment and monitor standards.
• Open/close shifts and manage inventory, rotation, and waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
