Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, seeks a Shift Leader for its Prescott, AZ locations. You will oversee store operations, supervise crew, and ensure timely, friendly guest experiences during your shift.

You will train and coach crew members, assign tasks, monitor compliance with safety and quality standards, and help manage labor and inventory to deliver consistent results. Must be able to lift 30–50 pounds and wear required uniform during shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with guests and team.
• Basic math and writing skills for accuracy and reporting.
• Guest focus and exceptional service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew during shifts, assign positions, and communicate expectations.
• Coach and provide feedback to Crew Members to sustain performance.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Control labor costs and monitor food safety and restaurant safety procedures.
