Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking a Shift Leader in Tucson to oversee crew and store operations during your assigned shift, ensuring guest experiences meet our standards and quality guidelines.

You will coach crew, manage product preparation, monitor safety and cleanliness, and help control costs while delivering fast, friendly service. The role offers growth in a multi-store Arizona operation.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good judgments.
• Building effective teams – place people well and celebrate success.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations to deliver a great guest experience.
• Oversee product preparation and service quality during the shift.
• Coach and direct Crew Members throughout the shift.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and cash handling during shift.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and restaurant standards are met.
