Zaxbys is expanding, and the Shift Leader role is to supervise the shift, manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift. You will assign tasks, respond to guest complaints, and set shift goals aligned to standards.

As a leader, you will train and coach team members, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure operational guidelines are followed. This position offers opportunities for advancement and is based in our Waynesboro, VA restaurant.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints.

• Receive and reconcile deliveries, stock control, and daily inventory.
