Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Maximize product sales and manage waste.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach and give feedback to Team Members in real time.
• Train team on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory and store orders.
