Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations, partnering with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead shifts, reinforce standards, and ensure a welcoming, productive environment.

You will train teammates, coach on performance, handle administrative tasks, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members on performance.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store orders.
