Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions based on analysis.
• Building effective teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling decisions and collaboration.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by managing processes and people to deliver a great guest experience.
• Oversee product preparation to standards and supervise the store team’s service quality.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members during the shift.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations and give timely feedback.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Monitor labor and food costs and ensure policy compliance.
