Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC (a Dunkin’ franchisee) is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily operations and lead the store team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee product preparation, execute brand standards, and coach Crew Members during your shift to drive performance.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, strong English communication, and a focus on guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrive in a timely manner to prepare for your scheduled shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealings with team members and guests.
• Follow the communication guideline established in your store.
• Deploy team members to meet guests’ needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by the General Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests’ needs and resolve problems.
• Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Follow systems to control labor costs and food costs.
• Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during shift.
