Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members during the shift, ensuring Brand standards and guest service excellence. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maintain smooth operations and strong team morale.

The role requires prior leadership in retail or hospitality, strong English communication, and the ability to manage cash handling, inventory and safety procedures on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• Previous leadership experience in fast-paced retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset; ability to coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift including food and beverage preparation.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks and supervise workflow to use resources efficiently.
• Assist in training restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies/processes during a shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for handoff and shift readiness.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory across the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain a positive reputation.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
