Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to provide leadership for the coffeehouse in partnership with the GM or AGM. You will ensure brand standards, product knowledge, cleanliness and guest connections during the shift.

Responsibilities include guiding team on duties, coaching, handling payments and inventory, and driving a welcoming customer experience. Must be 18+ with flexibility and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability to support business and team needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy and keeps the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a inviting coffeehouse environment.
• Knows the day’s deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor.
