Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the Manager on Duty to execute priorities, train staff, and uphold SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members to perform at their best.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
• Communicate day’s goals and priorities to the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Take ownership for current and upcoming shifts and maintain brand standards.
