Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy to keep the shift on track and guests engaged.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a well-executed coffeehouse environment.
• Knows the day's deployment and roles, communicating on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Reads the needs of the team and delegates objectives and tasks accordingly.
• Takes ownership of the current shift and ensures a smooth hand-off for the next shift.
