Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the coffeehouse in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You’ll ensure brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections during the shift.

Lead a motivated team, train on recipes, handle day-to-day operations, and maintain safe, efficient service while delivering friendly, guest-focused experiences. Requires at least 6 months in a leadership role and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Required: At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence.
• Leads shifts with Make Fun Happen — keeping the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting coffeehouse.
• Knows the day's deployment and communicates on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Coaches and trains the team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
