Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, training team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps achieve KPIs, maintain high store standards, and assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is cleaned and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions and events.
