Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, associate training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, store upkeep, and shipment processing while actively promoting the store’s membership program.

You will help foster a positive environment, drive KPI achievement, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is a plus.
Strong leadership and customer-engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
Assist in training and developing sales associates for knowledge and engagement on floor and at register.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
Maintain appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open/close procedures and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
Maintain a positive, energetic store atmosphere aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
